Atlantic Flooring OBX is a family-owned and operated flooring contractor based on Roanoke Island and proudly serving the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We are a full-service custom tile and flooring firm, working closely with our clients from concept to completion.

With nearly 15 years of experience across private equity firms and single-family investment offices prior to founding The Winterset Collective, Jonathan brings a depth of operational and leadership expertise. Since founding Winterset, he has worked extensively as an owner/operator across numerous sectors and is passionate about building exceptional companies with exceptional people. Every day, Jonathan strives to bring out the best in his team by fostering a happy, healthy, and high-performance work environment.
While deeply committed to delivering outstanding results, Jonathan also emphasizes a core thesis: pursuing projects that positively impact local communities, organizations, and—most importantly—the residents who call these communities home. Atlantic Flooring & Tile operates with the highest ethical standards, guided by integrity, professionalism, and unwavering transparency.
Amanda
With more than a decade of experience in tile and flooring design and delivery, Amanda is regarded as one of the most reputable bespoke designers in the industry. Known for her thoughtful eye, intuitive sense of balance, and ability to bring spaces to life, she consistently produces exceptional, highly tailored outcomes for her clients.
Before transitioning into flooring and interiors, Amanda spent over 15 years in restaurant and retail management, where she honed a deeply customer-centric approach—one that continues to shape the culture and daily operations at Atlantic Flooring.
Guided by a genuine passion for interiors and the belief that great design should feel both elevated and livable, Amanda partners closely with each client to develop and execute their vision—from the earliest inspiration to the final detail. Her process is personal, collaborative, and rooted in creating spaces that feel timeless, intentional, and distinctly their own.
